ABOUT ME!
My name is May, I am a 22 year old cottagecore obsessed artist from Galicia, Spain. I draw cute, round and bubbly art pieces and I love to design characters, either ocs or fandom characters.I love Pokémon, Spooky Month, Splatoon, Kirby, Little Nightmares, Undertale and Deltarune and many others!I have many ocs, and I’m currently working on an oc project called Amberdew Town.

TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read through every point of in my TOS carefully. Read the points in the section that applies to you, be it commissions or adoptable purchase.Whenever you finalise any purchase you will be agreeing with my terms of service and confirming that you have read through them, and therefore you are subject to following my TOS and cannot claim you never agreed to them.
REQUIREMENTS FOR COMMISSIONERS:
▪︎ I only accept money as payment unless stated otherwise and agreed upon beforehand (art trade, character trade, etc.) I do not accept art, characters, DA points, gift cards, robux, cryptocurrency, etc.▪︎ For any pride related commissions I will also need a reference picture of the flag to use, as some identities can have more than one flag or I might not be familiar with some flags. I will not draw offensive or gross flags (“MAP”, zoo, etc).▪︎ NO ONE has permission to make NFTs out of any art I make. NO ONE is allowed to feed my art to AI training programs.▪︎ Payment must be given upfront. You can request up to a 75% refund when I show you the starting sketch if you aren’t interested in my services anymore. I don't offer refunds when the finished product is ready and done.▪︎ I can't give an exact time in which your commission would be done, because my turn around times vary depending on my situation at the moment. If you DO want to set a deadline we can talk about it and set one that would be good for both of us.▪︎ The pieces that you commission are for personal use only. You can use them as profile pictures, avatars or profile banners, but credit is needed unless I personally say otherwise. However, a commercial use fee is available and will vary depending on the commission, what you'll use it for, and other factors. If you want to commercialize the art (without breaking any of my other terms of service), ask me about this fee and we'll reach an agreement.▪︎ Please don't edit any of my commissioned pieces (unless it is to fit on a banner or in a background as a render). If there's something you don't like about the result, I'll do my best to fix it, just tell me.▪︎ I won't draw: Gore, mecha, armor, political imagery, racist/LGBT+phobic/proship or any other discriminatory content. I won't draw complex backgrounds either (for now, as I am not confident in my current skill).▪︎ Depending on character or outfit complexity an extra charge might be added.▪︎ I am in my right to decline any commission that makes me uncomfortable for any reason whatsoever.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ADOPTABLE BUYERS:
▪︎ I only accept money as payment unless stated otherwise and agreed upon beforehand (art trade, character trade, etc.) I do not accept art, characters, DA points, gift cards, robux, cryptocurrency, etc.▪︎ NO ONE has permission to make NFTs out of any art I make. NO ONE is allowed to feed my art to AI training programs.▪︎ Payment must be given upfront. The final full-body image will be given to you after the payment has been finalized. This applies to cash and art payments alike. I don't offer refunds on adoptables.▪︎ You can't resell characters you bought off me for more money than you bought them for. You can however, regift them or retrade them for any amount of characters or art, but never for an amount of money or other online currency bigger than what you paid for them.▪︎ You can make changes to the designs you buy off me. I'm proud of my character design, but any design you buy is now yours and you're free to change them up as you wish!▪︎ Please DO NOT use the adoptables you get from me to promote racist, homophobic, sexist and overall awful stuff.▪︎ You do not have to credit me every time you use the character, but if anyone asks to direct them to the designer please direct them back to me! Thank you!▪︎ I am in my right to decline any sale or trade before it begins for any reason whatsoever.
